The Stadium

The football stadium is the heart of the whole complex. The structure stands as a candidate to replace the stadium “Rigamonti”, becoming one of the most modern football stadiums of Europe. The stadium will have a capacity of 25.000 seats (that may be extended to 30.000), numbered and distributed onto two rings, and will have an outer car parking, provided with 5000 places.

Service and Shopping

Besides, the plant provides a building with a 70.000 m² layout, set out on two floors, inside which a Shopping Center will rise: it will be composed of a Commercial Gallery with more than 160 shops, a 12.000 m² mega-store and more than 40 locals for refreshment. In this area also games and entertainment activities will be present, distributed on a surface of 20.000 m².

A multiplex, theaters, concert-café and card-rooms will contribute to broaden the entertainment offer to the visitors.
