Stadium Global Center

The company Faustini Europe holds the shares in a Property Fund according to the Italian law, called Stadium global center.

This Property Fund is considered as the most innovative product in the Italian funds setting and it has been introduced ‘at hoc’ for the building of a specific real estate initiative located in the town of Brescia. The project is tied up in a Program Agreement, under the approval phase, which involves various local, regional, provincial and nation authorities.

The Fund was started in January 2006 through a first emission of shares reserved to Private Investors, carried out mainly by means of the assignment of the grounds necessary for the development of the project.

The capital resources necessary for the realization of the “Stadium Global Center” will be collected through a new emission of Fund shares, reserved to Institutional Investors.
