Leonardo Golf Village

The realization of the project Leonardo Golf Village provides the urbanization of a land of 167.000 square meters in the Estonian area of Parnu.

The project provides the building of residential premises, villas and flats, inside a village provided with the most modern solutions for your body fitness and wellness, for example golf links, fitness centers and gyms, sports swimming-pools and for your relax, restaurant and shopping points.

Leonardo Golf Village offers a unique home-concept in one of the most famous resorts of the Baltic Sea area.

In the next months the Project will be presented to the town in public.

REDEVELOPMENT OF A FORMER FISH FACTORY.

This real estate initiative provides the renovation of an old abandoned factory and the consequent realization of residential premises and of an accommodation structure. The complex will rise on the sea shore and will be equipped with a big private swimming-pool, whereas the beach will be provided with sunshades and deck-chairs for the holiday makers’ comfort.

The structure will be provided with a wide parking area.
